Kibaki's grandson made shameful comments about Raila in a new petition to the UN.
Sean Andrew Kibaki, signed the controversial petition on September 18 after which he shared it on his Twitter account where he advocated for Kenyans to sign the controversial petition.
The petition was initiated by one Tsomnyazi Nganga and is meant to push the United Nations to intervene and have Uhuru Kenyatta declared as the President.
Titled, Stop Raila from Plunging Kenya into Violence, the petition has so far received over three thousand signatures although the UN is yet to respond.
“Raila is crossing the red line and is seemingly and deliberately creating instability, the government and United Nation must act immediately and prevent this nation from descending into anarchy, all because of one man's greed, Raila Odinga.”
“The demonic intention of Raila to plunge the nation into chaos and perpetual political limbo must come to an end. He should exit the political scene in order for this country to heal, reconcile, end tribalism and violent political competition. Political violence is synonymous to the presence of Raila Odinga,” the petition read in part.
Sean Andrew is the son to the former President’s eldest son, Jimmy.
He is also one of the few Kibaki family members who have publicly expressed their political opinions.
